MY STORY

I was born and raised in Ankara, Turkey.

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Currently, I live in Los Angeles, pursuing PhD in Electrical Engineering at University of Southern California.

Although I am an engineer by profession, I have always been interested in painting.I am not an artist with a special talent. I am just a curious painter, who likes to explore shapes and colors, who likes to express and awaken emotions through art.

BUT, WHY?

I paint to express my feelings. I paint to think. I paint to relax. Sometimes I paint to set my dreams free. Sometimes I paint to immortalize my dreams. I paint to assess the reality. I paint to face the reality. Sometimes I paint to escape from reality. I paint to discover shapes and colors. I paint to discover human emotions. I paint to discover myself. I paint to empower human side in me. I paint to do something very special. I paint to feel special. I paint to become more than an engineer. I paint to beautify the world. I paint to beautify my life. I paint to make a statement. I paint to re-define art. I paint to re-define myself.

All my paintings were made with passion, dedication and love.
